The film was produced by Wolff's own company Kowo (No. 65). The length of the film is four acts with a total length of 1320 meters, which corresponds to about 72 minutes running time. In June 1918 the film was checked by the censors. The Berlin police imposed a youth ban on it (No. 41953); the Munich police did not allow any announcement as a detective film (No. 28627, 28628, 28629, 28630).
