Bronnyky (Ukrainian Бронники ; Russian Бронники / Bronniki , Polish Broniki ) is a village in western Ukraine . Administratively, the village is the main town of the district municipality of the same name, which also includes the villages Biliwski Chutory (Білівські Хутори) and Rohatschiw (Рогачів) belong.

The place has 882 inhabitants and covers an area of ​​1.53 km². The Ukrainian poet and composer Volodymyr Ivanovych Yashchuk lives there.

In Bronnyky there is a German military cemetery with 202 graves, which has been looked after by the Volksbund Deutsche Kriegsgräberfürsorge since 2000 . There are also buried the 165 German soldiers who were found on July 2, 1941 by the Leibstandarte SS Adolf Hitler near the place. (→ Broniki case ). According to the results of the investigation by the German Wehrmacht investigation agency , the captured German soldiers are said to have been killed by members of the Red Army .
