Bruno Hauer
Bruno Hauer (born January 2, 1912 in Wiener Neustadt ; † November 5, 1992 in Vienna ) was an Austrian composer , music publisher and record producer .
Life
The son of the composer Josef Matthias Hauer enjoyed alongside a doctrine for book art and music shop music lessons at the Vienna People's Conservatory under Ferdinand Grossmann ( piano and theory ), as well as with his father, he devoted himself to popular music , founded in 1945 the Fortissimo music publishing and 1960 Rax Rovel record production . Hauer had already composed the first hit song with Richard Czapek in 1927 .
Hauer also composed some Viennese songs , e.g. B. The priest in Dornbach is uncovered (Text: Josef Kaderka and Walter Berger ).
His final resting place is in the Ottakringer Friedhof (15-44-1) in Vienna.
