Bruno Zimmermann (born May 19, 1995 in Neubrandenburg ) is a German handball player . He is the son of Michael Zimmermann and Katrin Krabbe .

Career

Zimmermann started playing handball in his hometown at SV Fortuna '50 Neubrandenburg . At the age of 13 he moved to SC Magdeburg . With the A-youth from SCM Zimmermann was in the final of the German championship in the 2012/13 season , which was won by the Füchsen Berlin . Since the 2013/14 season he has been part of the squad of the 2nd team of SC Magdeburg, for which he is hunting for goals in the 3rd league . In the 2014/15 season , the backcourt player celebrated the relay victory in the 3rd League East with the 2nd team. In the same season Zimmermann made his Bundesliga debut against GWD Minden on matchday 33 . In the 2015/16 season he was part of the extended squad of the SCM's Bundesliga team. From the 2016/17 season he was under contract with the second division club VfL Bad Schwartau (since July 2017 VfL Lübeck-Schwartau ). In October 2017, he moved to league competitor Dessau-Roßlauer HV . In the 2019/20 season he played for third division club HC Rhein Vikings . He then returned to SV Fortuna '50 Neubrandenburg.
