Bundestag constituency Lüdenscheid
The Bundestag constituency of Lüdenscheid was a constituency in North Rhine-Westphalia from 1949 to 1980 . It included the Lüdenscheid district , which was formed in 1969 from the Altena district and the independent city of Lüdenscheid . The constituency, which was called Altena - Lüdenscheid until 1969 , was almost completely incorporated into the Märkischer Kreis II constituency in 1980 . The last directly elected constituency member was Günter Topmann ( SPD ).
