The Bundestag constituency of Olpe - Siegen-Wittgenstein II was a constituency in North Rhine-Westphalia from 1980 to 2002 . It had the constituency number 121 and included the Olpe district and the cities of Freudenberg , Hilchenbach and Kreuztal from the Siegen-Wittgenstein district . The Olpe district has been part of the Olpe - Märkischer Kreis I constituency since 2002, while Freudenberg, Hilchenbach and Kreuztal have been part of the Siegen-Wittgenstein constituency since 2002 .
The constituency of Olpe - Siegen-Wittgenstein II was always won by candidates from the CDU , most recently by Hartmut Schauerte .
