The constituency of Olpe - Märkischer Kreis I (constituency 149) is a federal constituency in North Rhine-Westphalia . It includes the district of Olpe and the southwestern part of the Märkisches Kreis with the communities of Halver , Herscheid , Kierspe , Lüdenscheid , Meinerzhagen and Schalksmühle .
