The constituency of Mettmann I (constituency 104) is a federal electoral district in North Rhine-Westphalia and comprises the southern part of the Mettmann district with the communities of Erkrath , Haan , Hilden , Langenfeld (Rhineland) , Mettmann and Monheim am Rhein . The constituency was newly established in this delimitation for the 1980 federal election .
