The constituency of Duisburg II (constituency 116) is a federal constituency in North Rhine-Westphalia . It encompasses the north of the independent city of Duisburg with the districts of Walsum , Hamborn , Meiderich / Beeck and Homberg / Ruhrort / Baerl as well as the district of Duissern from the district of Mitte . The constituency is considered an SPD stronghold.
