The constituency of Rhein-Erft-Kreis I (constituency 91) is a federal constituency in North Rhine-Westphalia . It covers the northern part of the Rhein-Erft district with the communities of Bedburg , Bergheim , Elsdorf , Frechen , Hürth , Kerpen and Pulheim . The constituency was named 92 Erftkreis I until the 2009 federal election .
