The constituency of Steinfurt III (constituency 128) is a federal constituency in North Rhine-Westphalia . It is also referred to as the constituency of Tecklenburger Land plus Emsschiene and includes the communities of Emsdetten , Greven , Hörstel , Hopsten , Ibbenbüren , Ladbergen , Lengerich , Lienen , Lotte , Mettingen , Recke , Saerbeck , Tecklenburg and Westerkappeln from the Steinfurt district .
