The constituency Rhein-Sieg-Kreis I (constituency 97) is a federal electoral district in southern North Rhine-Westphalia and comprises the eastern part of the Rhein-Sieg district with the communities of Eitorf , Hennef (Sieg) , Lohmar , Much , Neunkirchen-Seelscheid , Niederkassel , Ruppichteroth , Siegburg , Troisdorf and Windeck .
