The Bundestag constituency Dortmund II (constituency 143) is a federal constituency in North Rhine-Westphalia . It comprises the eastern districts of Dortmund , i.e. Eving , Scharnhorst , Innenstadt-Nord , Brackel , Aplerbeck and Hörde . The constituency has so far been won by the respective SPD candidate in all federal elections .

The constituency in its current size was created after the constituency reform for the 2002 federal election . Before that, Dortmund was divided into three constituencies. For the 2013 federal election, the constituency number was changed from 144 to 143.
