The constituency of Cologne I (constituency 93) is a federal constituency in North Rhine-Westphalia . It comprises the northern and eastern part of the city district 1 inner city of the independent city of Cologne with the districts Altstadt-Nord , Neustadt-Nord and Deutz and the southeastern part with the city districts 7 Porz and 8 Kalk . From 1965 to 2013, the constituency was always won by the respective SPD candidate. In 2017, Karsten Möring won a CDU candidate for the first time since 1961 .
