The Postal Niederzwehren is an Outbound castle in Kassel district Niederzwehren in northern Hesse .

The castle, which can no longer be precisely located, is presumed to be southeast near the church, where the Perlenhof was later to be located. According to Alois Holtmeyer , the lords of Zwehren ( von Twerne ) were presumably who lived from the middle of the 13th century to the middle of the 14th century The owners of the castle are documented in the place as landowners and probably only died out in the 16th century.
