The residential building Bylandtstrasse 19 is in the Rheydt district in Mönchengladbach ( North Rhine-Westphalia ).

The house was built in 1901. It was entered under No. B 120 on February 5, 1990 in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach .

location

Bylandstrasse, located in the eastern urban expansion area, connects the main street with Bendhecker Strasse. Object No. 19 is located in the middle of a well-preserved group of similar houses.

architecture

The eaves - facing three-axle house from 1901 with a plastered facade is covered with a gable roof. A flat-roofed extension still stands on the three-storey property.

House no. 19 is definitely worth protecting, both as part of this ensemble and due to the formal language of historicism.
