architecture

The house is a three-storey plastered building with four irregularly shaped axes and a rear extension. Asymmetrical facade design with emphasis on the right half of the facade by means of accentuated window frames and curved gable . Horizontal structure with a stepped basement plinth , floor, sill and box-shaped eaves cornice . With the exception of a wider window on the ground floor , the window openings cut smoothly into the wall surface are uniformly rectangular in shape, but vary through the use of window frames that modify each floor.

In addition to the entrance to the house on the left, the first floor, roughly plastered up to the height of the fighter , is illuminated by three windows, one wider and two narrower in a close arrangement. A flat plaster tape completes the rough plaster and connects all wall openings. The four windows on each of the upper floors take up the axial line of the ground floor windows, with the two on the right half of the facade being connected by a cross-floor framing, corresponding entablature roofing (with block frieze ) and floral ornamentation . The gable field opens a single rectangular window. A moderately steeply sloping gable roof completes the building . The stucco ornamentation , based on the forms of the German Renaissance, is essentially limited to flat window frames and roofs as well as floral parapet and crown decorations on the second floor; The gable shape is emphasized with tracery imitations .
