architecture

The three-storey four-window residential building with an extended mansard roof dates from 1905 and is shown in the gable . The horizontal structure of the facade is coordinated with the structure of the neighboring house (No. 26) . The facade is smoothly plastered, with the exception of the basement, up to the front line of the windows. The horizontal structure is given by cornices between the floors.

A special vertical structure is only indicated: In the left facade area a vertical axis is formed, which ends in a small, curved stepped gable. The mansard roof is finished off by a profiled box cornice with a frieze of stylized shapes underneath . On the right in the mansard attic an inappropriate modern dormer arrangement that extends over the entire roof area .
