It rises on the municipal boundary of Clessé and Fénery , dehydrated generally in a northeasterly direction and flows to 29 kilometers at Saint-Loup-sur-Thouet , in the municipality of Saint-Loup-Lamairé , as a left tributary of the Thouet .
