geography

The municipality is located about nine kilometers northwest of Parthenay in the Gâtine . The Cébron rises on the north-western boundary of the municipality . Fénery is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Saint-Germain-de-Longue-Chaume in the north, Adilly in the east and north-east, Saint-Aubin-le-Cloud in the south, Pougne-Hérisson in the west and south-west and Clessé in the west and north-west.
