Aubigny is a French municipality with 169 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Deux-Sèvres in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine . The municipality belongs to the Arrondissement Parthenay and the canton La Gâtine (until 2015: canton Thénezay ). The inhabitants are called Aubignois .

Aubigny is about 14 kilometers northeast of Parthenay . Aubigny is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Loup-Lamairé in the north and north-west, Pressigny in the north-east, Thénezay in the east, Oroux in the south, Lhoumois in the west and south-west and Gourgé in the west and north-west.
