Largeasse is a French municipality with 747 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Deux-Sèvres in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine . It belongs to the Parthenay arrondissement and the Cerizay canton (until 2015: Moncoutant canton ).

geography

Largeasse is about 19 kilometers west-northwest of Parthenay and about 16 kilometers south of Bressuire . Largeasse is surrounded by the villages of Pugny in the north, La Chapelle-Saint-Laurent in the northeast, Neuvy-Bouin and Trayes in the east, Vernoux-en-Gâtine in the south, L'Absie in the southwest, La Chapelle-Saint-Étienne in the west as well Le Breuil-Bernard in the northwest.
