The Canton Moncoutant was 2015 a French constituency in Arrondissement Parthenay , in Deux-Sevres and in the region of Poitou-Charentes ; its main town was Moncoutant . Jean-Louis Potiron ( DVD ) was the last representative in the General Council of the Département from 1998 to 2015 .
