The Canton of La Mothe-Saint-Héray was 2015 a French constituency in Arrondissement of Niort , in the Deux-Sevres and in the region of Poitou-Charentes ; its main town was La Mothe-Saint-Héray . Jean-Pierre Griffault ( UDI ) was the last representative in the General Council of the Département from 1998 to 2015 .
