Le Breuil-Bernard is a commune Déléguée in the French community Moncoutant-sur-Sevre in the department of Deux-Sèvres in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine . It has 534 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017).
The municipality of Le Breuil-Bernard merged with La Chapelle-Saint-Étienne , Moncoutant , Moutiers-sous-Chantemerle , Pugny and Saint-Jouin-de-Milly to form the Commune nouvelle Moncoutant-sur-Sèvre on January 1, 2019 . Since then it has had the status of a Commune déléguée. The municipality of Le Breuil-Bernard was part of the Parthenay arrondissement and the Cerizay canton (until 2015: Moncoutant canton ).

The municipality of Le Breuil-Bernard was surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Moncoutant in the north and west, Pugny in the east, Largeasse in the south and southeast, La Chapelle-Saint-Étienne in the south and Moutiers-sous-Chantemerle in the southwest.
