Saint-Jouin-de-Milly is a commune Déléguée in the French community Moncoutant-sur-Sevre with 196 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Deux-Sèvres in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (previously Poitou-Charentes ).

The municipality of Saint-Jouin-de-Milly was merged with La Chapelle-Saint-Étienne , Moncoutant , Moutiers-sous-Chantemerle , Pugny and Le Breuil-Bernard to form the Commune nouvelle Moncoutant-sur-Sèvre on January 1, 2019 . Since then it has had the status of a Commune déléguée. The municipality of Saint-Jouin-de-Milly belonged to the Arrondissement Bressuire and the canton of Cerizay .

Saint-Jouin-de-Milly is about 13 kilometers southwest of the city center of Bressuire . The Sèvre Nantaise borders the Commune déléguée in the west. The municipality of Saint-Jouin-de-Milly was surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Courlay in the north and east, Moncoutant in the south and southeast and La Forêt-sur-Sèvre in the west.
