Vouhé is a French municipality with 385 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Deux-Sèvres in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine . It belongs to the Arrondissement Parthenay and the canton of La Gâtine (until 2015: canton of Mazières-en-Gâtine ). The inhabitants are called Vouhéens .
geography
Vouhé is about nine kilometers south of Parthenay and 31 kilometers north-northeast of Niort . The Vonne rises here . Vouhé is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Pardoux-Soutiers in the north, Beaulieu-sous-Parthenay in the east and northeast, Saint-Lin in the south and southeast, Verruyes in the south, Mazières-en-Gâtine in the west and southwest and Saint-Pardoux in the West.
