Saint-Lin is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Vouhé in the north and north-west, Beaulieu-sous-Parthenay in the north and north-east, Reffannes in the east, Clavé in the south and south-east, Saint-Georges-de-Noisné in the south and Verruyes in the west.
