Attractions
- The single-nave parish church of Saint-Jean-Baptiste was built in the 12th century, but only the tower and the western parts of the nave date from this time; the vestibule ( narthex ), the transept and the flat-closing apse were added later. Noteworthy are the precise stone work and the four twin windows in the tower - each separated by a slender column .
- The Château de la Roche-Faton ( 46 ° 42 ′ 57 ″ N , 0 ° 8 ′ 1 ″ E ), located about two and a half kilometers northwest of the town, resembles some of the castles on the Loire in its appearance . A previous building from the 12th century was set on fire in the course of the armed conflict between Armagnaks and Burgundians in 1417. The rebuilding or partial reconstruction of the formerly surrounded by a moat ( douves ) and now three-winged, which only contains cross-frame and rectangular windows , began in 1544; Smaller extensions were added in the 17th century. The privately owned building has been protected as a Monument historique since 1973 .
- The Jardin du Gué is a beautiful 4-hectare garden consisting of seven individual gardens, which were designed and maintained after 1996 by the buyers of a former mill site.
