Fomperron is a French commune in the department of Deux-Sèvres in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016: Poitou-Charentes ). It has 420 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) and belongs to the Parthenay district and the La Gâtine canton (until 2015: Ménigoute canton ).
