Beaulieu-sous-Parthenay is a French municipality with 674 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Deux-Sèvres in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine . It belongs to the Arrondissement Parthenay and the canton of La Gâtine (until 2015: canton of Mazières-en-Gâtine ). The inhabitants are called Bellilocéens .

Beaulieu-sous-Parthenay is about eight kilometers south of Parthenay and 33 kilometers northeast of Niort . Beaulieu-sous-Parthenay is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Pompaire in the north, La Chapelle-Bertrand in the north and north-east, Saint-Martin-du-Fouilloux in the east, Vausseroux in the east and south-east, Reffannes in the south, Saint-Lin in the south and south-west , Vouhé in the west and south-west and Saint-Pardoux-Soutiers in the north-west.
