The Céphons is a river in France , who in the department of Indre in the region de Center-Val Loire runs.

It rises initially under the name Ruisseau de Saint-Phalier in the municipality of Levroux , passes the place of the same name at the northern end of the village and then drains in a north-westerly direction through a sparsely populated area. After around 19 kilometers, it finally reaches a tributary of the Nahon in the municipality of Langé , into which it joins as a right tributary.
