Carlos César dos Santos (born March 12, 1980 in São Paulo ), called Césinha , is a Brazilian football player . The right winger has been under contract with Rebordosa AC in the fourth Portuguese division since summer 2017 .

Career

Césinha came to Europe for Sporting Braga in the Portuguese SuperLiga in 2004 . There he was able to achieve fourth place three times behind the big three of Portuguese football, FC Porto , Benfica and Sporting Lisbon . In 2007 he moved to Rapid Bucharest in Romania . With Rapid he placed himself in the front of League 1 in the following four years and was able to qualify twice for the Europa League . In the summer of 2011 he left the club to AE Larisa , who played in the Greek second division, the Football League . In early 2012 he moved to Moreirense FC in the second Portuguese division . He and his team made it there in 2012 . At the end of October 2012, he left the club and moved to Petrolul Ploieşti in Romania. His contract was terminated there at the end of 2012. He was without a club for six months before Ermis Aradippou signed him from Cyprus. With the promoted team he reached the championship round in the 2013/14 season and qualified for the Europa League . He then returned to Brazil. Since the beginning of 2015 he played in lower Portuguese leagues.
