The CAS International 2007 took place from 16 to 21 August, 2007 Islamabad , Pakistan instead. The men's squash tournament was part of the PSA World Tour 2007/08 and belonged to the category 2 ½ star . The prize money was $ 25,000.
Last year's winner Borja Golán did not take part in the tournament again. The title was secured by Aamir Atlas Khan , who defeated Mohd Azlan Iskandar , who was second in the final, with 11: 5, 6:11, 6:11, 15:13 and 11: 6. It was Khan's first title win on the World Tour.
The field of participants in the men's competition consisted of 16 players, four of which were starting places for qualifiers. The eight best players were seeded. Per Wildcard received Bilal Zaman a spot in the main draw.
