The CVP parliamentary group of the Federal Assembly ( C ) / Groupe PDC l'Assemblée fédérale (C) / Gruppo PPD l'Assemblea federale (C) was the Christian-democratic parliamentary group of the Swiss Federal Assembly from 2011–2019.

The CVP parliamentary group represented 13.5 percent of the vote ( 2015 elections ). It included 30 national councilors (NR) and 13 councilors of states (SR): 27 national councilors and 13 councilors of states of the Christian Democratic People's Party of Switzerland (CVP) , 2 national councilors of the Evangelical People's Party of Switzerland (EPP) and 1 national councilor of the CSP Obwalden .

The joint parliamentary group of the CVP and the EPP was formed in 2011 as the successor to the CVP / EPP / glp parliamentary group . It was independent of other party organs in its decisions, but it relied on the goals and programs of the CVP and EPP. The nomination of the CVP candidates for the Federal Council elections was the sole responsibility of the CVP parliamentary group.

The middle faction. CVP-EVP-BDP is the successor group.

The parliamentary group president was Filippo Lombardi ( TI / SR), the vice-presidents were Viola Amherd ( VS / NR) and Pirmin Bischof ( SO / SR), President of the CVP Council of States group.

The parliamentary group committee included the 4 members of the presidium, ex officio the CVP Federal Councilor , the President of the CVP Switzerland and another 5 parliamentarians.

The parliamentary group secretariat was headed by Alexandra Perina-Werz until the end of 2013 , and Florian Robyr was parliamentary group secretary from January 2014.
