The Cacao River is a stream in eastern Dominica in the Parish Saint David .

The Cacao River rises on an eastern branch of the Morne Macaque in the Morne Trois Pitons National Park . The river plunges steeply to the northeast and soon joins Clarke's River . The river is about 1.7 km long.
