It is located 5 km south-southwest of the northeast foothills of President Head , 12.4 km northeast of Cape Conway and 30.3 km northwest of Deception Island immediately off the east coast of Snow Island before the entrance to Ivaylo Cove . The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it in 2020.
