Camillo Melzi (born December 12, 1590 in Milan , † January 21, 1659 in Rome ) was a cardinal and Italian Roman Catholic archbishop.

He was born on December 12, 1590 in Milan as a member of the Melzi Malingegni noble family from Milan.

As the son of Gian Antonio, brother of the merchants' guild and member of the Milanese city government, and Livia Litta, he was allowed to receive the first tonsure in July 1604. He studied in Bologna, Pavia and Parma until 1614 with a degree in utroque iure (doctor of both rights).

On April 9, 1657 he was elevated to cardinal by Alexander VII with the titular church of San Marcello . From 1636 to 1659 he was Archbishop of Capua and from 1644 to 1652 Apostolic Nuncio in Vienna .

He died in 1659 at the age of 72 and was buried in Sant'Andrea al Quirinale in Rome. Two years after his death, he was succeeded by his nephew Giovanni Antonio in the archbishopric of Capua.
