The Canne is a river in France that runs in the Center-Val de Loire region . It rises in the municipality of Vouzon , generally drains west to northwest through a sparsely populated valley of the Sologne landscape, rich in forests and lakes, and flows into the left tributary of La Ferté-Saint-Aubin and Ligny-le-Ribault as a left tributary after 26 kilometers the Cosson . On its way, the Canne crosses the Loir-et-Cher and Loiret departments .
