The Canterrane is a river in France that runs in the Pyrénées-Orientales department in the Occitania region . It rises under the name Rivière d'Oms in the municipality of Oms , generally drains in a north-easterly direction through the Roussillon landscape and after 28 kilometers flows into the Réart as a left tributary in the municipality of Pollestres .
