Carazinho is a city with 60,183 inhabitants in the state of Rio Grande do Sul in southern Brazil . It is located about 290 km northwest of Porto Alegre . Are adjacent to the places Almirante Tamandaré do Sul (N), Pontão and Coqueiros do Sul (NO), Passo Fundo (O), Santo Antonio do Planalto (SO), NAO Me-toque and Colorado (S), Saldanha Marinho (SW ), Santa Bárbara do Sul (W) and Chapada (NW). Carazinho was originally part of the Passo Fundo municipality.
