Carl von Dieskau (Privy Councilor)

Carl von Dieskau , currently mostly von Dießkau , (born January 2, 1653 in Knauthain , † October 19, 1721 in Dieskau ) was a Prussian Privy Councilor, also a government and consistorial councilor in the Duchy of Magdeburg and a manor owner . He owned the Dieskau and Lochau estates.

Life

He came from the Saxon noble family von Dieskau and was the son of Carl von Dieskau on Knauthain, Zschepplin , Trebsen , Lochau, Gruna and Kleinzschocher and Anna Susanna née von Dieskau (1626–1672) from the Dieskau family.

Carl became the Privy Councilor in the Kingdom of Prussia . He worked as a government and consistorial councilor in Magdeburg .

After his death in 1721, his two manors, Dieskau and Lochau, fell to his only surviving son, Carl von Dieskau (district administrator) . His son Geissler von Dieskau died in 1712 at the age of 21.

The wife of Carl von Dieskau, Johanna von Löser from Reinharz , died in 1715.
