Carlos Gardini (born August 26, 1948 in Buenos Aires ; † March 1, 2017 there ) was an Argentine editor , writer and translator .

Life

Gardini studied humanities at the Universidad de Buenos Aires and was able to successfully complete this degree. Following this, in 1981 he got a job as a literary critic for the magazine "El Péndulo". He also began to write his own literary texts and to translate the works of English authors into Spanish.

In 1982 Gardini gave up his job and from then on worked as a freelance writer and translator.
