Carolina Dybeck Bite

Carolina Dybeck Happe (born July 26, 1972 in Stockholm , Sweden ) is a Swedish manager and financial expert. She has been CFO of General Electric since March 2020 and on the E.ON Supervisory Board since June 2016 .

Life

Dybeck Happe graduated from Uppsala University with a Master of Science degree in economics . She then worked for EF Education First in the United States, Switzerland and Russia. In 2000 she became the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Establish AB . Two years later, Dybeck Happe moved to ASSA ABLOY . There she was CFO in Berlin for the German-speaking countries and since 2006 CFO in Great Britain in Great Britain. In 2011 she joined the plastics group Trelleborg AB as CFO .

Dybeck Happe returned the following year as Chief Financial Officer at ASSA ABLOY's parent company in Sweden. With their participation, the stock return rose to 160 percent, and sales and profits reached double-digit growth rates. In the same position and as Executive Vice President, she moved to the Danish logistics group AP Møller-Mærsk in 2019 . In November 2019, General Electric (GE) announced that Dybeck Happe would succeed Jamie Miller. She was President and CEO of GE Transportation before becoming CFO of the entire group in 2017.

Dybeck Happe has been Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of General Electric since March 2020. The trade journal CFO Magazine commented critically on the move to a large corporation in January 2020. - Dybeck Happe has been a member of the supervisory board of the Essen-based energy company E.ON SE since June 2016 and is elected until the 2023 Annual General Meeting. She was part of the board of Schneider Electric in 2019 .

Dybeck Happe is married and has two children.
