Celso Luís Honorato Júnior , better known as Celsinho (born August 25, 1988 in Americana ) is a Brazilian football player .
Career
At the U-17 World Cup in 2005 , Celsinho first drew attention to himself when he was able to contribute a goal for his country selection in both the 3-1 quarter-final win over North Korea and the 4-3 semi-final win against Turkey. In the final, the attacking midfielder lost 3-0 to the Mexican junior team with Brazil . As a result, the traditional Russian association Lokomotiv Moscow signed the promising talent of Portuguesa . On April 9, 2006, the 17-year-old made his debut in the 2-1 defeat in the derby against Spartak Moscow when he was substituted on after 75 minutes. However, the Brazilian suffered from integration problems and was ultimately unable to assert himself in Moscow.
In the summer of 2007 Celsinho moved to Sporting Lisbon , one of the most famous Portuguese clubs. But even in Lisbon, the young Brazilian could not prevail in the first season against his teammates Leandro Romagnoli or the later Herthaner and compatriot Ronny . To collect match practice, he was awarded for the following season 2008/09 to the league rivals Estrela Amadora . In the season opener against Académica de Coimbra , Celsinho scored the 1-0 winner there. At the end of the season he reached eleventh place with his team. Due to a license not granted, Estrela Amadora still had to go to the second division.
After returning to Sporting Lisbon, Celsinho did not play a single league game in the first half of the 2009/10 season and was therefore loaned out to his former Brazilian club Portuguesa in January 2010. At the club from São Paulo he played a total of four league games and then returned to Sporting with no prospects. Another loan deal followed, this time with the Romanian first division club FCM Târgu Mureș . After a mixed season, Târgu Mureş was one of the four relegated to the second division.
