The 1974/75 season was the twelfth regular season of the Central Hockey League . The eight teams completed 78 matches each in the regular season . The Central Hockey League was played in two divisions . The team with the highest points in the regular season were the Salt Lake Golden Eagles , who also prevailed in the final games of the Adams Cup .
Team changes
The following changes were made before the start of the season:
- The Albuquerque Six-Guns stopped playing.
- The Fort Worth Wings changed their name to Fort Worth Texans.
- The Denver Spurs from the Western Hockey League were added to the league as an expansion team.
- The Salt Lake Golden Eagles from the Western Hockey League were added to the league as an expansion team.
- The Seattle Totems were added to the league as an expansion team.
