Vicky Oberoi is in love with a beautiful young woman and they hope to get married soon. Unfortunately, the woman dies in an accident and Vicky's heart is broken. He takes over the family business. There he meets Sapna Mehra, a woman who wants a job as his secretary, but she has no experience. Vicky refuses to hire her and she leaves the office with tears and bumps into Balraj Oberoi, who feels sorry for her and hires her. Vicky does not want to stand against his father and accepts her as his secretary. The next day, on her way to work, Sapna runs into Prem, Vicky's younger brother. Soon the two fall in love. When Vicky gets into a fight and has to go to the hospital, Sapna takes care of him in her free time. The Oberoi family thinks she would be a good wife for Vicky and want him to marry her. Vicky accepts the family's decision. Before Prem can tell the family that he and Sapna love each other, he learns that his brother Sapna is to get married and wants to do without Sapna for his sake.
