content
GoBots are transforming robots from the planet GoBotron, made up of the heroic Guardians and the evil Renegades. The Guardians are led by Leader-1 and his assistants Turbo, Small Foot and Scooter. The Renegades were led by Zero, who was later replaced by Cy-Kill. The GoBot characters Crasher, Fitor and Cop-Tur also belong to the close ranks of the Renegades. Weapons are rarely used, instead they shoot energy blasts from their fists.
The story begins with the fact that thousands of years ago on the planet GoBotron there were human-like beings known as GoBings. Civil war broke out on the planet when the Renegades terrorist group emerged and waged wars against the peaceful Guardians. The leader of the Renegades at the time was a maniac named "Master Renegade". Accidental sabotage by the Renegades caused the planet GoBotron to collide with gigantic asteroids, which resulted in a serious natural disaster and the GoBings were on the verge of extinction. However, a genius known as the Last Genius saved the last of his people by conducting experiments and transforming the GoBings' brains into large robots: the GoBots. The GoBot bodies have another ability that enables them to transform into vehicles. The last genius wanted to retire to the distant galaxy after he finished his work. However, he did not succeed because the evil "Master Renegade" stole his spaceship and escaped. The war continued between the Guardians and the Renegades. But the evil Renegades also transferred their brains to GoBot robots.
In the 20th century, the earth was increasingly drawn into the conflict between the Leader-1 Guardians and the Cy-Kill Renegades.
