Charlotte Schreiber-Just

Charlotte Schreiber-Just (born August 2, 1914 in Berlin , † July 25, 2000 in Stuttgart ; also known as Charlotte Schreiber ) was a German actress and radio play speaker .

Life

Charlotte Schreiber-Just has been involved with the Dortmund Municipal Theaters since 1954 . There she played the Duchess in 1954 in the comedy The Glass of Water by Eugène Scribe and in 1955 the Ftatateeta in George Bernard Shaw's Caesar and Cleopatra .

She later moved to various stages in Stuttgart . In 1991, for example, there was an appearance in Henrik Ibsen’s play Nora or A Puppet's House in the role of Anne-Marie at the Old Theater in Stuttgart .

Charlotte Schreiber-Just also worked in a number of television productions . Among them was the well-known television series of the Süddeutscher Rundfunk (SDR) Fernfahrer by Theo Mezger with Rudolf Krieg and Pit Krüger , in which she played the role of Agnes Stadler . She was also in the television movie Detective Story (Police Station 21) also directed by Theo Mezger with Hans Christian Blech and Karl John . Charlotte Schreiber-Just also worked as a radio play speaker. In the production The Last Day of Lisbon by Günter Eich in a production by Otto Kurth (SDR production 1961) she spoke alongside Paul Hoffmann , Hans Mahnke and Lina Carstens .

Charlotte Schreiber-Just was married to the actor Gerhard Just . She was buried next to her husband in the Stuttgart-Plieningen cemetery. Their grave is in Section 8, Row 1, No. 12
