Chorzemin (German: Weitwiesen) is a village in Poland that belongs to the Wolsztyn municipality in the Greater Poland Voivodeship .
The place is about four kilometers north of Wolsztyn and 62 kilometers southwest of Poznan .
A palace built in 1910 for the district administrator of Grätz is worth seeing .
After the Second World War , a PGR had its headquarters here, now it is privately owned again.
